Purpose

Quick passing and proper rotation.

Description

Rotate counter-clockwise after pass.

Follow your pass and skate hard to next station.

X4 should position for "one-timer."

Key Teaching Points

Proper puck control and passing technique.

"Accept the pass."

Variations

• X4 has option to pass to X1 or X2, or to take the shot.
