November 16-18, 2001

Peaks Ice Arena, Provo, Utah
Venue for women’s and men’s hockey for the 2002 Winter Olympics

Women's Novice & Intermediate divisions, Minimum 3 games per team,
MVP awards, FREE Gift for all players, post game refreshments

Possibility of Olympic publicity events 

$500 /team, $150 deposit due September 30th
