In Ontario, we have five levels of girls rep hockey; AA, A, BB, B and C

We realize there is some differences in the USAHockey age groups, but we can
resolve any problems by the seeding of the teams in their tiers.

Each age group has Tier I(AAA,AA), Tier II (A, BB) and Tier III (B and C)
Ideally, eight teams accepted per division, divided into two groups of four.
Teams play three games within their group.
Championship semi-finals are 1st vs 2nd cross-over
Consolation semi-finals are 3rd vs 4th cross-over
Winners in championship semi's advance to championship final
Winners in consolation semi's advance to consolation final

With the four game guarantee, we have always had to move one or two teams
from one tier to another after the second game of the tournament.

All games are held at the same four-rink complex...Chesswood Arenas
The arena has pro-shop, restaurant, snack bar etc.
It is centrally located in Toronto , approx 20 minutes from the airport and
five minutes from the host hotels.
Hotel rooms are approx. $95Canadian per night ...four to a room.
Discounts also available on vehicle rental through Budget and to Hockey Hall
of Fame

Standard format for teams traveling a great distance, (ie Colorado,
California etc) is arrival Thursday or Friday. We can arrange pre-tournament exhibition game or practice on Thursday evening or Friday morning.
Tournament games start Friday at 2pm...but teams may request no Friday games.
Teams should play their three round-robin games by Saturday at 8pm.
Semi-finals Saturday evening or Sunday morning.
Finals Sunday between noon and 4pm

Any special scheduling requests can be accommodated.

This year requests for application forms have come from British Columbia,
Alberta, New Brunswick, PEI, Alaska, Florida, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois.
We like to confirm the "traveling teams"by May 1st, so we know how many local teams to allow.

Thanks
