3 on 3 Hockey International tournament. Teams of up to 9 skaters plus your goalie. Entry fee of only $300 per team(same as in 1998), with a 4-game guarantee. No red-line, tag-up rule in effect for blueline offsides, after a goal, or when goalie freezes puck. No penalty time served, instead penalty shots are taken at the end of each game. Continuous hockey action with no face-offs except start of periods. MORE shooting/skating/ passing and one on one showdowns than in regular 5 aside play.
