In the second semifinal, South St. Paul (22-1-1) will face Henry Sibley (18-4-2) at 2:30 p.m. The Eagles are led by senior defender Jaime DeGriselles, who had a team-high 36 goals and 23 assists during the regular season, and ninth-grade goalie Jenny Jannett, who had eight shutouts. The Ponies are led by junior forward Kris Scholz, who had 48 goals and 35 assists, and sophomore goalie Jamie Anderson, who had nine shutouts. South St. Paul junior goalie Jennifer Retka recorded 14 shutouts and teamed with senior Heather Polsfuss to allow just 15 goals. Eighth-grader Kelly Kegley led the Packers in scoring with 24 goals and 21 assists. The Warriors have registered 10 shutouts, seven by junior Mary Jean Schmidt and three by sophomore Dawn Danneker. Junior center Carrie Stefaniak had 29 goals and 15 assists and junior wing Michelle Seiger had 28 goals and 16 assists. The four teams are familiar with one another, Stillwater coach Ken Bjorlin said. ``All of us have a pretty good idea what to look for,'' Bjorlin said. ``We've played and scrimmaged each other, and we've all done our scouting. It's great the way it worked out, because most of the best players will be there.'' In head-to-head competition, Apple Valley gave Stillwater its only loss of the season, 4-2. South St. Paul's 2-2 tie against Apple Valley is the only smudge on the Eagles' record. Apple Valley has beaten Sibley once. South St. Paul has beaten Sibley twice.
