1995/96 ECAC Women's Hockey Alliance Results ============================================ In response to the increase in Varsity collegiate women's hockey Programs in the northeast, the ECAC took the lead again, forming a second college hockey league for women. The Alliance is composed of Varsity teams not yet wishing to compete against scholarship teams along with a few Club programs who are controlled through their athletic departments and have shown a high potential for moving to Varsity status within a few years. The Alliance is divided into two divisions. Teams will play those in their own division twice and those in the other division once, for a 14 or 15 game league schedule. Teams are listed with their travel partner. Since, their are currently 11 teams in the Alliance, Wesleyan has no travel partner and the schedules for each division differ by one game. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- EASTERN DIVISION ECAC ALLIANCE GAMES | OVERALL Team W L T PCT GF GA | W L T ----------------------------------------------|----------- Bowdoin College 12 2 0 .857 109 20 | 13 5 1 Williams College 8 4 0 .667 38 28 | 12 8 0 Wesleyan University 6 4 2 .583 54 43 | 13 7 2 University of Maine 4 9 1 .321 27 48 | 6 11 1 Amherst College 0 12 0 .000 9 95 | 5 13 0 WESTERN DIVISION ECAC ALLIANCE GAMES | OVERALL Team W L T PCT GF GA | W L T ----------------------------------------------|----------- Middlebury College 13 0 0 1.000 90 10 | 15 6 0 R.
