•Three hours of on-ice skill development daily. •Development will begin with instruction on proper skating technique and progress to passing, shooting and puck control. •Players will participate in skill development through individual station work and mini-games designed to improve confidence and ability in a fun girls-only environment. •Off-ice sessions will reinforce puck control skills while developing footwork, speed and agility, and overall fitness. •Goalies will receive teaching from qualified instructors on the technical aspects of goaltending and be involved in the drills run with live shooters.
