        Summer Hockey Camp 06-07

To sum the website briefly, there are three level; fundamentals, competitive and elite. 

Some perks:

All camps include free daily cafeteria lunches, jersey, bottle, shirt, shorts and a daily swim. All the girl hockey camps are instructed by experienced and knowledgeable female hockey players who play at the University level which will benefit the girls signigicantly on and off the ice.
 
Here is more information if needed:
 
Fundamentals:
-1 hour of power skatin per day
-1 hour of skills per day 
-1 hour of additional activity per day (i.e., soccer)
-Daily swim
-Cafeteria lunch
-Video sessions
 
Competitive:
-1 hour of power skating per day 
-1 hour of skills per day
-1 hour of additional acitivity per day (i.e. soccer)
-Daily swim
-Video sessions
-Hockey-specific off-ice training
-More demanding position specific on-ice drills
-Goalie specific training
 
Elite:
-1 hour of power skatin per day 
-1 hour of high-tempo practice per day 
-1 hour of off-ice hockey specific training per day
-Cafeteria lunch
-Video sessions 
-On-ice goalie sessions 
-Nutritional guidance
-Guest speakers
 
All groups will conclude with a game on the last day of camp.
