The philosphy of the school is to provide high quality instruction in a fun and challenging environment.Participants receive 3 hrs of ice per day as well as off ice training in fitness, nutrition, training techniques, mental preparedness,chalk talks and other topical lectures
A "Back to Basics" approach is a major component of all of our programs
Instructors are actively involved in all levels of female hockey from house and rep teams to provincial programs. They also are NCCP certified and have been selected to our programs because of their experience, commitment and dedication to female hockey
