Hockey School Information

"JUST GIRLS" summer hockey camps for 2001 will feature all the neccessary
ingredients for success. ALL FEMALES!

ALL FEMALE Instructors who are currently or past members of the Canadian
Women's National Team, The NWHL (National Womens Hockey League) University
and Elite Level USA players.

Each week of camp starting July 3rd, 2001 offer extensive Fun and skill
based activities.

4 Hours On Ice daily training
3 Hours of Off Ice training

We offer a safe yet challenging program focusing on the skill development
areas which are the fundamental basis for success with each day increasing
the level of both fun and skill levels.

This is a great way to prepare and supplement your off season training. 

Porgams are OPEN to ages 6 and up to the age 16.

Each camp is designed and created by using the skill levels of the
program participantsfor their benefit. Houseleague and Rep level players
alike are encouraged throughout the week to participate in understanding
our clear objective of the 4F Philosophy of "Fun, Fitness, Friendships
and Fairplay".

On Ice Skills include but not limited to:

Individual and team Skills; ie. Skating techniques with puck, forward,
backward, crossovers, passing & receiving, shooting of all types,
breakouts, pinning, angling, offensive attack,triangulation etc...Oh
don't forget the most important element Playing Games on ice

Off Ice Skills:

Nutrition, Dryland principles such as: Circuits, plyometrics, team
building session, Outdoor sports weather permitting

A Friday Scavenger Hunt, complete with autograph & picture sessions.

Wednesday & Friday afternoons are Scrimmage Days
ALSO included:
Keeper Team Jersey
Camp T-Shirt

The weekly camp prices start at $300 and vary so please do not hesitate
