Hockey School Information

Vicky is pleased to offer her this pre-season hockey 
camp again this summer for GIRLS only. This years camp
will feature her friends from both the Canadian and USA 
Womens National teams along with teammates from the 
Brampton Thunder of the NWHL!
Her friends such as Jayna Hefford, Lori Dupuis, Laura Schuler
Ally Fox, Samantha Fox, Judy Didduck and Sue Merz from the 
USA National Team will supply the skaters a challenging but
Fun Week of Development. Instructor lineup still being confirmed.
Sammi-Jo Small and Stacey Kellough will supply goaltending 
Instruction to the puckstoppers!
WOW! The camp of the summer for sure.
A fully comprehensive camp which features: 

3 Hours of Off Ice instruction daily which features Dryalnd training 
Princilpes such as Circuits, Plometrics, Team building Drills,
Outdoor Soccer and Ball hockey to name a few topped off with games 
and a Scanvenger Hunt on Friday!!
"We work hard, but we play hard too" says Vicky with a smile.

3 Hours Daily On Ice Skills: Individual & Team Skills: eg. 
Skating techniques with puck,Shooting (All type shots),Passing and 
Receiving, Angling,Pinning, Breakouts and the Offensive attack Triangle

"My camp offers a wide variety of fun and competitive skill based
activities. My focus is on creating a safe but challenging learning
environment for all participants. This camp will prepare your daughter
for the upcoming season by experiencing first hand
the highest level of female instruction offered. We will leave your 
daughter with the tools and confidence that (if practiced) will enhance
her skill level for years to come". Vicky
