Hockey School Information


All EDGES skills development sessions emphasize acceleration, agility,
edge control, balance and power...

To enhance the hockey required skating skills of stopping, starting,
pivoting, turning & crossovers both forwards and backwards, with and
without the puck.

EDGES high intensity conditioning camps are designed to build cardio
system, muscle groups and improve skating and puck handling skills.

EDGES also offers checking clinics, group power skating & puck handling
clinics and custom team practices.
