The Senior 'AAA' division operated with a new format this year, with games starting January 27th in both Ottawa and Mississauga. The 'AA', 'A', and 'BB' divisions commenced on February 22nd in Brampton. The championship finals for the 'AAA', 'AA', 'A', and 'BB' divisions were played on February 24th in Brampton, Ontario.
The quarter finals for the Ontario University Championship (OUA) took place on February 20th, 2002, and the finals at Guelph University from February 23-24, 2002.
All other Provincial championships took place in Mississauga, Brampton, and Oakville from April 12-14, 2002.
