Canada undefeated at Three Nations Cup

KINGSTON, Ont. (CP) -- Amanda Benoit scored the winner as Canada beat
Finland 3-1 in the Three Nations Cup women's hockey tournament
Wednesday night.

Canada leads the doube-round robin tournament with a 3-0 record. The
United States is 1-1 and Finland is 0-3. Canada plays the United States
tonight.  Benoit broke a 1-1 tie at 11:54 of the second period, scoring
on a pass from Angela James, who also assisted on Lori Dupuis's opening
goal of the game 1:26 into the contest.

Nancy Deschamps scored the insurance goal at 17:29 of the third and
defender Cassie Campbell got the assist.

Sari Krooks scored the lone goal for Finland to tie the game in the first.
