2001 US Nationals

The 2001 World Championships have been awarded to Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, and will take place April 1-8, 2001. They will be held in conjunction with the USA Hockey Girls/Women's National Championships, which brings 52 teams together to vie for the title in five classifications.

The National Championship games will be played at the Super Rink, an Olympic size, four sheet complex in Blaine, Minnesota. The venues for the World Championship games will include the Super Rink as well as the new River Centre, the Minnesota Wild's rink, plus probably a couple of other venues.
