Women's Hockey in Korea

International Hockey

Korea has competed in the Asian Championship in the past. To qualify for the World Championships, Korea must win the Asian Championship. The countries that compete in the Asian Championship are China, Japan, Kazakhstan, and Korea. China claimed the Asian Championship in 1992, in 1994, and in 1996.

There is very little in Korea in terms of organized women's hockey. Women in Korea generally just play pick-up hockey on men's teams.
