The Ottawa Sun ============== U.S. 4, Finland 3 Granato does it again for U.S. October 25, 1996 URL: http://www.canoe.ca/Hockey/oct25_fin_us.html OTTAWA (CP) -- Cammi Granato's second goal of the game, with 3:59 left in the third period, gave the United States a 4-3 victory over Finland in the final preliminary-round game Friday night of the inaugural women's Three Nations Cup hockey tournament. The United States, which finished 3-1, plays Canada (also 3-1) today at the Ottawa Civic Centre for the championship. Finland finished 0-4. Marianne Ihalainen opened the scoring for Finland with 8:14 left in the first period, but Andrea Kilbourne tied the game for the Americans less than two minutes later. Sari Fisk gave Finland 2-1 at 3:44 of the second period, but Granato tied the game at 7:20 and the Americans took a 3-2 lead on Karyn Bye's power-play goal at 10:40.
